Key ingredients include hydrolyzed milk grain and protein (Protalyn®), essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients per United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) 100% recommended daily intake (RDI) guidelines, plus amino acids, electrolytes, natural caffeine, theacrine, L-leucine, and amylopectin/chromium complex.
Is 5th Aliment diary free?
We use a hybrid plant-dairy hydrolyzed whey protein (ProtaLyn) in 5th Aliment. The whey protein is made from protein derived from dairy products.
What’s the best way to use 5th Aliment?
5th Aliment is designed be mixed with 3 Liters of water in a hydration pouch. Alternative use could be to mix 45 grams (1/3 of 136 g serving) with 1 Liter of water for pre, during and/or post activities.
What liquid can I mix with 5th Aliment?
We recommend 5th Aliment be mixed only with water.
Can I use 5th Aliment as a meal replacement?
Yes. However, we do not recommend extended use as a meal replacement. Please consult your healthcare provider for professional health and nutritional guidance.
